  • JANITORIAL, GARBAGE, & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
  • FIREWOOD SALES & DELIVERY
  • CONCESSION WORKERS

Terms of Employment

  • Varies for each Park Location &/or Position
  • 2 to 8 month terms between March to October annually

General Job Description:

  • Must enjoy the outdoors & tolerate working in all kinds of weather conditions
  • Must like getting your hands ‘dirty’ and hard work
  • Must enjoy working with people
  • Must be willing to work in several different roles (ie. security will also clean bathrooms, etc.)
  • May be required to have a valid First Aid Certificate & Driver’s License
  • Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Checks required
  • MANAGERS must also:
    • Organize & implement daily park operations
    • Motivate/Hire/Train Support Staff
  • May be required to Live On Site; however, general accommodations not provided.

Terms of Employment

  • Seasonal & Dependent upon Park Location
  • From 4 weeks to ‘Entire Season’ length terms available (April – October)

General Volunteer Job Description:

  • Perfect for ‘Snowbirds’!
  • Must be personable, energetic, & enjoy meeting/greeting guests
  • Must enjoy the outdoors
  • May be required to Live On Site. Must provide own self-contained RV.
  • May be required to Open/Close Park Gates, Sell Firewood/Ice
  • Must be available a minimum of 25 – 30 hours per week; is specific to each Park’s needs.
  • Part-time Employment in conjunction with Volunteering Position may also be available.
  • May be required to have a valid First Aid Certificate & Driver’s License
  • Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Checks required

  • BC PARKS TABLEBOARD RE-FINISHING.
